本機は長年のアングルベンダーの製作と曲げ技術の経験により、曲げ加工のノウハウを集約し、生まれた新鋭機で、常に曲げ加工の最先端技術を取り入れ曲げの精度と操作性、能率向上に努めた精度の高い機種です。
【特徴】
１．材料と上ロールスピードが自動的に同調するので従来機にない真円度を保持します。
２．強固なフレーム、シャフト、摺動台によりロールの倒れがない構造です。
３．加工はロール回転中に材料を挿入し、同一径ならばスパイラル状に連続加工が可能です。
４．モーターは減速機内蔵型で、騒音を排除し永年の使用が可能です。
５．アタッチメントの交換で、あらゆる形鋼を円筒、円弧、スパイラル巻きなどに加工可能です。
長年の曲げの技術と経験を生かし、作業の効率化、曲げ精度の向上及び、冷間曲げの限界に挑戦、驚異の曲げ加工能力を実現した機種です。

1.Automatic speed synchronization between work and the upper roll maintains circularity that cannot be achieved with conventional machine.
2.This has a structure that does not tilt rolls with a firm frame, shaft and sliding base..
3.If the diameters of the work inserted while rolls are rotating are the same, continuous machining in spiral form can be carried out.
4.The motor is a reducer built-in type, which allows a reduction in noise as well as providing long-term use.
5.Replacing attachments allows machining of any shaped steel in cylinder, circular arc and spiral winding form.
