【特徴】
１．フレーム、テーブル等の構成部品は最大荷重にも充分耐えうる強度、剛性を持ったものです。
２．ラム支持部は当社独自の二点支持方式をの採用により、偏心荷重時においても、テーブルとボルスターの平衡精度が極めて良く、正確な作業が可能です。
３．シリンダー、ラム共に良質の鋼材を使用しております。ラムは高周波焼入後研磨加工もしくは硬質クロムメッキ後研磨加工を施工しておりますので、パッキンの摩耗や油漏れも極めて少なく、永年の使用にも耐えうるものです。
４．自動落下防止装置、ストローク上下限における自動停止装置、非常停止押釦等の安全装置を備えておりますので、誰でも安心して使用できます。
５．操作はシンプルな構造となっております。操作スイッチは、押釦式、手動レバー式、フットスイッチ等あらゆる仕様に対応可能です。
最も一般的な汎用機で、タンク等の鏡板加工、鋼板、形鋼の曲げ加工、矯正加工ブッシュ等の圧入など広範囲な使用が可能です。
